I needed a new a/c because mine was leaking. I had 3 companies come out to give quotes on a replacement. When United came out , they exactly what I was looking for! It is a variable speed & runs only when needed. Cost saving & very efficient. It is Amana & they are the only company that has this brand. Much better than Carrier & Bryant, & quite a bit cheaper! The install takes a day & they make sure ever is working properly. I am very happy with my new unit. I would recommend this company if you need a mini split or a new a/c!

Installation of the Mimi Split was done by two nice young professionals, within the same morning. Run electric wires from Panel to the unit in the attic ,all work was done clean and to code.
